new civ idea that i need help with

UU: Puebloan worker build farms 1/2 time costs food
UB: Adobe replaces granary +.5 food from plains +3 city strength and +10 hp

We are not going to make mods for other people, because most of us work on our own projects.

i read it but i need help with one little aspect, i cant seem to find the original files for civ 5 i installed it using a hard copy, shouldnt it be with civ 4, i have looked everywhere so any help would be apreciated

The "default" locations are

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\Gameplay\XML

for the base files and

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\DLC\Expansion\Gameplay\XML

for any changes to those files for Gods and Kings
