Hehe, Sylvain is still actively developing this. It's just in RifE's team forum atm, where he can plan for our changes.
Is this going to be balanced to game speed? Meaning if I play on epic are the anti-matter guys going to have the same number of units/culture as if I played on normal?
As of now, the main gameplay, and the new specific interface are implemented and 9/11 tier 2 units are in.
I'm currently finishing the last 2 tier 2 unit before merging with Rife 1.3 and releasing for testing internally.
Then I'll attack the tier 3 units and adjust considering the team feedbacks.
Then I'll relase
I'm currently balancing for standard speed, but the main developement factors are variables which can later be adjusted with game speed.

This gives me the idea of making my CivRPG mod as a civ or gamemode for RifE. But I dont really have the time

WOW the current progress looks amazing, as well as a little confusing
You may need to make a whole pedia concept packaged with them because it's such a different playstyle to usual civ...this brings a whole new dynamic to the "unique civ" idea

Slowly, I started playing again, Rife and WM.
And I'm currently selling my appartment and buying a new one so not much time left for modding. ATM.
That and the fact that I'm waiting for RifE 1.3 to release the first version
But when 1.3 is out, I expect 1 or 2 weeks until I can release (merge) a first version to have some feedbacks.
After my long absence from civ and RifE I was really hoping to try out this mod with the new 1.31 version of RifE.
Well, "Real climates for RifE" also sounds cool but is there any chance for the Tears civilization anytime soon (or ever)?

Sounds like an interesting civ, at least for a couple playthroughs.
I can't help but feel bringing 9/11 into civ is a little distasteful...
