With great thanks to this community for much inspiration and knowledge, here's a reference sheet that I've created based on the latest info from Civilopedia.

It's for people like me, who want the information on paper in front of them as they play.

And for people like me, who have a heck of a time keeping track of all the options in this game.

These yields over-ride base terrain yields and are not commutative

I think the word that you want to use is "additive".
