New Civilizations you wish for in CVI

Lets make a list of Civilizations the fanatics out there would love to see added to the ones already playable in/introduced in CV (Vanilla through BNW)

To make the list more interesting, please add (if you could) a list of up to 3 Great Leaders you would like included for the Civ you'd like added in the new iteration, as well as a list of up to 3 UU's, up to 2 UB's and 1 UA for that Civ.

As for myself, among many other options, I hope they add TIBET, just not sure about the leader(s) and uniques, although the UA could do with highland/mountain food bonus.

Tibet
Leader: Khri ma lod (Empress of Tibet)
Unique Ability:The Roof of the World (+1 food on every hill tile, units move through hills like plains)
Unique Unit: Dalai Lama (replaces Great Prophet), has the abilities of both Great Artists and Great Prophets
Unique Building: Dzong (replaces Castle) requires Theology and gives 1 culture for each mountain in city radius
 
Would like to see an Inuit Civ. Make good use of arctic and tundra terrain. :)
 
I want a zombie civ that can be enabled with a checkbox.

Basically they spawn whenever any "living" unit is killed, but I'm wondering if they should be raised on the spot or transferred to a central zombie spawning hub somewhere on the map to be unleashed upon the world at a later time.
 
Okay, since we don't know all of the mechanics of VI yet, I'm going off of V. Also, while there are a number of varied Civs I'd like to finally see in the game (Inuit, Gran Colombia, Viet Nam, etc.) this is the one I know the best, so sorry: we get another European entry.

CIVILIZATION: FLORENCE
Great Leader: Lorenzo de' Medici
Unique Unit: Pope
A Great Prophet replacement, Popes work in exactly the same way, but in addition to
their normal capabilities, Popes begin a 5-Turn "mini" golden age for their civilization
when expended.
Unique Building: Medici Bank
Replaces the Bank. In addition to the normal gold bonuses provided by Banks, Medici
Banks provide an extra 2 Gold for each Great Work exhibited in their city. One Great
Work of Art slot.
Unique Ability: Well-Expended Patronage
25% of Gold earned each turn is in addition earned as Culture. 100% of Gold lost
per turn is in addition lost as culture.
