New Civs for Civ V?

Some Algonqin Civ, to give Canucks some representation and serve as "Generic Native American tribe." Also, Vietnam, Gran Columbia, and the Srivijaya might be cool ways to add more geographic diversity.

I assume you're talking about Civs for expansions? I'd like to see Korea in an expansion. I think I'd also like to see a Hebrew civilization.

I agree with Suho1004, Korea would be nice in an expansion, more generally i would like to see more Asian civs, including some from the subcontinent, like the Mughals or the Maurya Empire or possibly something else that hasnt really been touched on as of yet. just to give a bit more spice to the traditional civs.

I would like new civs for expansions because there are plenty of empty spaces when I play with the Earth map, like Africa, Australia, America etc.
I was thinking about native American tribes, and even the Benin empire, it would be good to take away the whole Indian empire but replace it with the Indus River Valley civ and the Mughals. The Assyrians could be added too, and maybe even the Armenians, as well as some older European civs like the Goths and even the Phoenicians.

I can't believe you missed sealand.

thats been the joke on every civ forum.

Irish people in Basarabia who don't like hats civ is easily up there with Egypt and China.

Korea definitively has it's place in Civilization along with other Asian cultures. But I guess we'll have to wait for the first expansion to find some balance.

I'm hoping for a Carthage civ. Their power in the Mediterranean rivaled the ROmans until after the Punic Wars.

However many we end up getting I think there should be an option to play a huge earth with all nations historically placed. That would include all expansion nations as and when they are released.

Trying to eek an empire out of an Earth game with 40 or 50 civs jockeying for position would be awesome. Might need to tweek the rules, timeframe or whatever to fit it all in of course.
