[BNW] NEW Community Challenge Game series - Game 2 - Greece (Demigod)

Started this one he other day. I wasn't sure I wanted to play it because I'd never used mods before and was hesitant to install so many. But wow, they were so easy to use. It wasn't even an install. All you do is download them and copy them to the Mods folder. (Hellblazers map pack is an install I think(I did that for last game) but it was easy too, it just did itself.) And they all work with no issues at all.

And I'm loving Demigod! I'm on T150 and while I may not win, it's great fun. I get frustrated with Deity and just end up quitting. It's just not fun for me when I am so far behind and have no chance. But with this game it's definitely harder than Immortal but it's not overwhelming. What makes it Demigod? Is it the mods?

This has been a great game so far. I think I can win on the first World Leader vote. But its going to be close because
Spoiler Civ name :
Venice has gobbled up some CS.
So I have an idea to bring one of the dead civs (there are two) back to life and have them vote for me for WL. I've tried to find out details but there is conflicting info about this online.

1. If I liberate a civ that is dead and bring them back to life are they required to vote for me with their 4 votes for WL? I've read a couple places that said they are no longer required in BNW.
2. If they are required, do they do it automatically? Or do I need to send them a diplomat and ask them to vote for me?

Anyone know?

Woo hoo, victory! Won Diplo Victory T273. I think Demigod is the level I'm going to play from now on; if I could figure out how to replicate it.

Spoiler :
It was close. Venice allied a CS on the turn before the vote. So Austria's 4 votes for me gave me the victory.

If anyone's interested, you do not need to assign the diplomat to get the votes of the civ you've brought back to life; they just vote for you. So that's a even better; 4 votes from the liberated civ and 1 vote for the diplomat in another civ capital.
