I'll try and allow civics to modify the climate system (As used by civs/religions in the current version of RifE), which will allow you to remove that in a RifE version; Less resource intensive.

when i first looked at your mod description the first thing that i thought was that sounds like the Sidhe (aka faeries/fae) from the Jim Butcher series "The Dresden Files". seeing how both your civ have summer/winter courts and they both rule the nevernever.

 
I just downloaded RiFE and your mod today, and started up a game as the Faeries. In your description you mention having to complete a couple rituals in order to adopt the Eternal Court, but I was able to switch to Eternal Court right off the bat. Is this a problem on my end, maybe in not having installed it correctly? Or is there some sort of bug with the feature?
 
I recently added some art to the faeries in Wildmana (mostly buttons). You might be interested in some Billyank :)

Is this Mod after the Update still for RIFE 1.20 or already for 1.22.2?
And Please either add a Date or a version number to your filenames.

Won't be out for at least a week or two; I'm busy IRL atm, several papers on my plate. After this semester I'm essentially free of essay-based classes, though. :lol:

In light of this, I've merged with flavor patch, also fixed some bugs and made some changes that should make gameplay more fun and logical.
 
Sadly my instalation of this mod is somehow messed up because a NPC Amorites I encounterd first all of the suden changed its civs to Winter Court oO. (RIFE 1.23 with some modular mods)
I would also sugest to add the Court Civics to either Cultural Values or Goverment and block all other Civics in this line for them (like Traditions is for the Jontar)

I liked your Fierie civilization alot. I played it with WildMana 7. Now this is my favorite civilization))) especially when i start on fludplains)) Thank you so much for the genious idea of two courts!!! These freazing and unfreazing things are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bugs I noticed. I was able to upgrade my 9th lvl unit into Fae Lord even without completing summer, winter and eternal rituals. Don't you think that this civilization has too many tier 4 like powerful units? And at the same time they luck middle game units, which is bad!

I propose you to do not give a fierie the colour which allows range attacks. Better replace it with +1 movement colour or +15% withdrowal chance colour for instance. Usually i do not turn on rabge archer attaks option. (I think other player also do not turn it on often).

Pity that Lords (Immortals) don't have special arts. Icons looks very nice!!!!
 
Think I found the problem I have with the RIFE Mod you use CIVILIZATION_FAERIE but there is only a CIVILIZATION_FEY declared in CivilizationInfos.

Edit I personal changed CIVILIZATION_FEY in CivilizationInfos and SpellInfos to CIVILIZATION_FAERIE hopefull it works all now for me .
