<InsertOrAbort> (at the same level as <Row>)

Mainly used for the Spanish units, traits, etc in G&K - it's not entirely clear if it means "insert and abort the entire file if I can't" or "insert and just abort the insert and not the entire file if I can't" - neither make any real sense as <Row> does the former and <Replace> the latter anyway.

Could it be used to avoid conflicts if an account has both the Spanish DLC and the expansion?

Probably, but "abort" seems the wrong word, "Insert or ignore" appers to be what it is doing
