Ah, but if you hadn't coveted the oranges as well, you would not have built your city after mine and snatched them from my grasp. There is more than one kind of aggression, Mr. Smug.
And the war in question? Well, we invaded you, burned the offending city, and secured the oranges. Yes, all this may be rather short sighted, and we may have made a perpetual enemy (still stealing our land with a citadel after accepting peace) in that world, and the outcome there is unknown (except we can be sure the Germans will profit from our conflict), but it's been fun, and will continue to be, whatever happens. Sometimes it's fun to play for short term objectives instead of being overly focused on winning the whole game all the time.

Arabia is pleased the Americans have plenty of room without expanding further east. Our empire is locked between desert, tundra, and the sea, and indeed, further expansion south along the river will be necessary. At some point, we will have some cotton to offer to trade with you.

Nah i'm pretty good where i am. If Egypt has suddenly some evil temptations we will react immediately.
A little threat may slow down Egypt tech rate, not necessarily doing any damage. It's so cheap to upgrade, besides you can fall back if encountering heavy resistance. Of course unless you have deals running with Egypt, then discard RKH's 'evil' propoganda.

I have asked Mastermel to play for me in this game while I am on vacation. Whether he will or not, I dont know. Just wanted to give you all a heads up.
