When I was playing civ5 I started have increasing problems with lock-ups. My new civ6 suffers from the same problem to a minor extent.
I have tried all the recommended solutions from both steam and Nvidia with no result.
The only thing that seems to help a little was turning down the graphics.
My machine is running a GTX660 on win7 with a solid state drive.
I'm not sure how much memory but it's a lot : )
I'm thinking of treating myself to a new graphic card.
Maybe this might help? I would appreciate some advice.
