200KB in size, This will only change the grassland forest, not the jungle or the pine tree's.

More detail, tree's larger, bushes, fallen tree's, rocks, flowers and such. Clumped forest (forests surrounded by other tree's) are not as detailed as the others (coastal, etc).

this rocks, cant wait to see what other changes you may make to the rest of the tiles :)

I hope this isn't annoying or a thread-jack, but...

...can the graphic for the "bonus grassland" be changed? I think it would be sweet to replace the little-grey-dot with a lone tree or something, or even a rock, so at least the "bonus" looks like something other than a button. :)

(I just had a fricking epiphany: these aren't animated graphics; so I could try a cut & paste in Photoshop! Any objections, Mr. Snoopy?)

Edit: Well ain't that a bugger, I can't find the file that has the little grey dot on it! Anybody know which one it is? All the grassland-type tiles don't have any dots, and I can't find a dot that's there all by itself anywhere...

I think the bonus grassland icon is one of the things from Art\Terrain\tnt.pcx

Back on topic: I like those forests Snoopy! good job, as always.

Ah, there it is! Thanks, I was looking in the wrong Terrain folder (my mod one, instead of my vanilla one).

Yea I changed the bonus grassland too, posted it in the graphics forum not too long ago, should still be there. But I bet Snoopy could do a much better job :)

Oh cool, I'll have to check that out. I guess I could post my hack-job of Snoopy's new trees too, but we'll see about that.

did some rocks for the ground (the tnt file)

it can be a bit much for the terrain, but with food/shields both on it doesn't look too crowded.
