nopez.. it was something Favoured Flight started before he started to make Moria. He hasn't said anything about it other than it has something to do with Tolkien's work and he hasn't updated his homepage in a while with news about it

At the moment I'd say that 90% of the map is done but the development tree is lagging behind by some considerable way.
It was very close to complete but just didn't feel like Middle-earth so I scrapped that tree and started again.
I've also been spending a lot of time running tests on and learning all about the 'Dungeon Siege' engine - as I 'm thinking about converting and updating 'Moria' for that.
I keep an eye on the hits at my website too, and am really grateful that I get so many regular visits, I promise to keep the news section updated as and when any real developments happen.

FF, could it be that your new scenario simply depict something along the lines of the Last Alliance?
Or perhaps an epic retelling of the early third age, where you can take one of the then-faction to power? (Arnor, Gondor, Northmen, etc)?
