So I found a nearby un-frozen location that turned out to be right next to Jarrema

So, I'm not one to continually push a game, but where are we?

And I think we cannot give control over his civ to AI, because he is a host of this game...

Well, there's nothing (that I know of) in the game itself that makes one of the players different from the others in PBEM... but if nobody has his password, it doesn't matter.

I tried to guess his password from the others I kno he used, but I failed.

don't know whether there is a way to kill his civ a way or another...

I do not think we can do anything without his password.
The only think that anyone can do if player is absent, is, AFAIK, using admin's password... and he is an admin of this game
