The Downloads section is being updated. So if you have any scenarios you think worthy of the main civfan site which have been released recently and want it uploaded, please post here and provide a link to the original release thread.

DST 1.3 is one of those uploaded already, and I think neither LCN and Ant have reached a stable version yet. I think TF only wants the final versions when all bugs are ironed out so he doesn't have to keep swapping newer versions in.
