i was thinking of using it as an Industrial era tech that
enable a civ to make early 19th century units, such as
riflemen, calvary, or some other such unit.

this is also my entry for the December 2006 Icon Makers Challenge.

i have another tech pach on the way too,
i'm just checking them out in-game first.

i also had a thought for a "Rifled Barrel" tech, something that could give
some sort of improved musket unit, and have b4 "Cartridges".

what do you think?
