Colonisic is not a word, or even close to one, so it would need a new name. As it stand this would just be a feebler version of Organized, since it does nothing that organized doesn't. This is of no use.

Has possibilites, but what do you mean by build on ice? You can already build on the snow on land, and it makes no sense for any kind of large scale construction on sea ice. Very weak as it stands.

Cut price national wonders is an interesting idea, but just adding percentages onto gold (presumably what you mean) and production is an extremely clumsy way of doing things.

Something for cheap research buildings would be a good idea, but "less money required for research" sounds vague and clumsy.

There are one or two beginnings of ideas here, but they really needed a lot more thought before even qualifying as a suggestion.
