To Sleepy Eyes: I wouldn't know how to generate a civilopedia icon never done one, really- this question is best asked in the main Creation & Customization forum.

Hello I just finishd editing my last post a few times and then saw your post. I know how to make icons just not the contrast in the flc..If I could do that I can do naval Icons that have a dark background...But Ill go look in the creative forum.
