Darius: Check out Bamspeedy's AI Attitude article. It provides a lot of insight into the process. One thing: signing the alliance gave you a benefit of 5 points in the AI's eyes, which helped offset the "hit" of 16 you got when you nuked Moscow.

Technically true. But, the requirements for the FP do depend on the Optimal City Number, and the OCN varies based on map size.Originally posted by EMan
