Just to be clear... you have to finish with a victory (i.e. not a retirement) ?

"He has decreed that he will win a glorious victory and that his total Wonder points per turn played will then be the envy of the world." No. A retirement will not count.

And do vassal's wonders count? - I'd presume not.

"You can capture wonders, or build them yourself.". So no, a vassal's wonder would not fit either of those options, unless Gyathaar wants to adjust the specification.

To clarify:

Wonders controlled by your vasalls or colonies dont count.

National wonders count (even your palace, but you cant have more than one anyway), the special buildings for holy cites count, corporate headquarters count. (Special buildings from warlords, scientists and spies give no score)

Basically everything that adds score to the wonder section of score breakdown when you hoover mouse over your score.
