RCP in Conquests? I seldom play 20k, but wouldn't it be better to have the 20k site a bit closer to the capital than other cities are, in order to minimize waste?

On monarch, I'd prefer to do 20K in the capital, trusting that I'll be able to research so as to always have a prebuild available. I'll probably send the scout south along the river to see what it looks like, but I think I'm going to try diplomatic this time.

I presume he just means "at distance from capital, as measured in corruption terms" 4. I use "RCP" this way in my log notes as well.

I've been watching too many online videos lately. The mini map looked like a play button to me at first with the bounding rectangle and the right-pointing arrow shape of the revealed terrain.
