This looks fun. Gonna go early Religion, Sacred Sites, ICS - tried it before but never been successful.

Hopefully will be a nice relief from my utterly failed TSG113 piety religion spreading attempt

Impis or other military may be helpful in case of unreachable Civ / to wipe out culture runaways...
