As far as tutorials go I'm not quite sure. But I know of a couple people who can make modules, namely NikNaks93 and Teg_Navanis. You can PM either of them about it.

I used the C. Roland Blender tutorial.
It have some things missing, but it's not hard to get it.
Anyway, all you can do is edit the original leaders, but with some patience you cam make almost a nwe one.

GOOD JOB that's really good thanks. i haven't completed the leader chart yet but i'm pretty far and this is what i have so far. It's completely open for change

Note: Kim Jong-Il isn't the leader of a united Korea, but he is probably one of the most infamous Korean Leaders of our time and during his time relations between north and south have gotten better. And Nanook is almost crossing into mythology(a kinda legend) but i hope it's fine because there isn't that much to the Inuit in terms of Dynamic Leaders.

thanks about the suggestions and about the chart. I'll use the 2.0 chart and the Nanook suggestion but I don't thing Kim Jong-Il is a good choice for a united Korean civ. So, the second leader for Korea and Japan continue missing... more suggestions???

Well, instead of hirohito for japan we can use probably the most important emperor in terms of industrialization, Emperor Meiji(ind/agg) civic= State Property

And how about Sejong the Great for Korea, he was one of the most famous rulers for forcing back both chinese and japanes forces and establishing the korean alphabet.

I hadn't found enought stuff about them (leaders, UU, UB...), so, I replaced them by Armenia civ. They continue in my plans, but not now in this first expansion

The ub for serbia can be Temple of Saint Sava(cathedral, i think y'know the major christian temple) or fortress(barraks or walls)

Sobieski's faverite civic isn't clear, but i think Representation suits him better then Heridatory rule in my opinion.
