NFL 2005 Prediction League

:vomit: I did nauseatingly awful.

Carolina's poor performance made me really sad, but I couldn't see it because it's not on local TV. Steve Smith tackling a ref and getting made at Jake Delhomme  .

Edit: saw on ESPN that he just put his arm around him in a sarcastic affectionate way when he disagreed with a call. Another source used a verb that could have meant tackle, but I forgot.

I really stumbled in the last couple of weeks. Good job Grahamian.

So, are we going to do something for the playoffs?

I finished in fourth because I played every week.(I mean in total wins.) Besides that, good job everyone!
Is the Playoff Prediction thread going to be here or should I start a new one?

AlCosta15 said:
New England 30-17 The Patriots win again.
Washington 21-17 The Redskins manage to pull off a close one.
Cincinnati 35-7. Are the Browns honestly expecting to do anything with Trent Dilfer at quarterback?
Denver 17-10 Miami needs Ricky like he was 2 years ago.
Houston 20-16 It's David Carr's time to get better.
Carolina 27-10 New Orleanes might not be able to concentrate.
Kansas City 41-20. This is sad because the Jets D/ST is my starters on my fantasy team.
Jacksonville 10-7 The Jags are very underrated.
Minnesota 31-10. The Daunte Culpepper for MVP campaign begins.
Pittsburgh 17-3. Good D and Big Ben is a good combo to have.
Arizona 21-6. The Cardinals will make the playoffs.
Dallas 21-7. I hate to say it but so will the Cowboys.
Green Bay 30-17. No QB for Detroit is bad. (Joey Harrington doesn't count cuz he wont be good.
St. Louis 42-3. In the words of Jay Marrioti, the 49ers will be lucky to pull off 2 wins.
Indianapilos 28-6. Can Peyton Manning repeat last year?
Philadelphia 31-17. The Madden cover curse will end with McNabb.

Wow! I just looked at my comments for Week 1! I said some stupid stuff.
David Carr's time to get better
Nope, not at 2-14.
The Daunte Culpepper for MVP campaign begins.
Talk about Idiocracy.
The Cardinals will make the playoffs.
Yeah right!
In the words of Jay Marrioti, the 49ers will be lucky to pull off 2 wins.
They got 4!
The Madden cover curse will end with McNabb.
Talk about being wrong.

:bounce: hey, I won something :D Sorry for not submitting picks at the end, but RL got very busy the last 2 or 3 weeks as we had family from overseas visit. Looks like avoiding the last weeks (when you don't know if the starters will really play) seems to have done it for me. Seems a bit cheesy on my part, but it was not intentional! Great season and a fun way to spend it, even if my Eagles crashed and burned
