I thought I share this one.

With the exception of Potosi, I got everything you might want with this start. A mountain labyrinth although normal continents, a river, many silver mines and a perfect position.

Settings are Emperor, Continents. I had a lot of fun with this game and hope someone gives it a try.

Yeah started that one out...really nice!

Two free tech ruins, two culture ruins!

Great positioning for not having to deal with too many civs attacking, i headed toward culture win quite soon after starting.

Got Great Library, then Hanging Gardens, Oracle.
Will continue when/if i have time.

I love the Inca.

I have like 10 other games partially played i need to finish, but instead i'm playing this one, haha.

I've been gunning for a cultural win from the beginning, but i got off to a bit of a slow start, so at the current time, i have four trees done, but need one more. Definitely going to be a later finish than i'd like.

Hiawatha declared on me from the beginning of the game and i just held him off forever till cannons and then pushed a lot with artillery/riflemen (which soon became infantry/mech infantry).

After being friendly all game, Cathy decided to attack me on this last turn...she's going to pay for this, like Hiawatha did.

Yeah, this was a fun one. Thanx for sharing the save, TheArchduke!

I stopped signing RAs and worrying about science once i had gotten all the tech tree sections i wanted unlocked as i had a big lead anyway.

Got Cristo Rendentor in cap, Sydney Opera House in largest coastal city, and Eiffel tower in Machu.

All three were finished withing about 5 turns of each other as i started them all at once due to bulbing my way to get to them.

I ended up with so much gpt i didn't know what to do with it all.

Spoiler :

My four nice tall cities.

Took out all the main Iroquois cities, kept some, razed some, sold two to Cathy and one to keep Greece in the game (nice peace deal)

Then when Cathy attacked me, i took out all her main cities and again, good peace deal.
Sold the ones i didn't want to Genghis and another donation to Greece.

Edit: Nevermind, and nice pics

Nah, i sold them two cities i took from Russia (i think both were from Russian peace deal).

The issue with razing is that it actually counts against you as a city until its burned off, so it's bad for cultural wins.

I forgot that for the first couple cities and then stopped razing and started selling the extra cities.

I gave Greece one of Hiawathas on an island just to keep them alive; and Cathy a couple of Hiawathas (the second one for everything she had LOL), and then when she stupidly attacked me, i took those back and most of hers and sold two to Mongolia.

No one attacked me from over water as the AI is broken like that; they generally only get pissy when land is involved.

I could have won WAY sooner with science win had i wanted to, but i usually go science, so i wanted to do cultural, which is actually my favorite win type.
