Nice touch: map scrolling with scroll wheel

I wanted to post this in the 'nice touches' thread, but couldn't find it because the search function is disabled. Anyway, I don't know how long it's been implemented, but you can use the scroll wheel to scroll the map up/down and if you hold the SHIFT key while using the scroll wheel, it scrolls right/left.

Actually, it was already in basic Civ 3. Not sure if it came in the box or with one of the patches, though.
