Probably not, because just India, China and Japan will be at peace with Natives...

Can anyone help me on this

So I decided to have one of the independents at war with Rome, then filled Germania with axeman from that independent. They seem to move in the right way, and capture cities, but nowhere near fast enough. Even when I was TRYING to be the worst I could they didn't take a city 'till 350 AD and hadn't taken another by 450 AD.

How well defended were these cities when the barbarians went for India, by the way?

In the most well defended (i.e. right on the border) there were three Legions at most.

I'll post my save so far, could you all play it. I realise it's still fraught with errors, but at the moment can you concentrate on the Germanic axemen. Too many? Too few?

Any other feedback is also appreciated.

I haven't downloaded, but if you want the barbarians to invade, I strongly suggest you remove the Praetorians from border cities.
