No CD Civ 3 gold

Hey, new to the site and really like it. I did do some searching of the forums and the net to no avail. I have found the other no cd patches but not for civ 3 gold exactly. Anyone know of the patch for it?

Oh BTW, I am unsure if this is/would be considered piracy, sooo, if it is please let me know and dis-regard.
