No multiplayer, CIV PTW

When I use gamespy or the game itself to play a multiplayer, the game is stuck at the attempting to connect, I fully wait the 120 sec but it just won't load! When I play the game I am NOT behind ANY firewall WHATSOEVER, I am HUGELY mad at Fireaxis (you are one of the best, but I just hate things like this) because I can't get my money back anymore and I am stuck with a game that won't play online, oh, I could play the game online once, please help me fireaxis... this suXX0rs. BTW, I have the newest patch.
