Nominations for Asphinxia Province

The primary election for the Asphinxia province did not fill this position due to the candidate winning two elections.

This nomination thread will remain open until July 3rd approx 10PM (GMT -8).

I saw Article 9 as covering all positions. I know in part of it it specifically mentions Leaders, but then seems to address all elections as a whole. (I'll have to read a bit more to see if it address' Leaders different from Governors.)

I have no problem with him having both. Maybe a discussion thread can be started to confirm the thinking of this article (Sorry, i don't have time to make one right now)?

well, i also rethought it. the new constitution will treat governors as leaders, so he should not on the second thought.

at the moment, it would be possible. the reason why this happened is that the governors were implemented later and the election article was not changed to reflect them.

No it should be to much work on my part being major of PDX and governor of Normandy it is enough work for me

the only idea to get rid of the lack of governors would be to reorganize provinces (hey, the revival of greater cormyr is near!) ;-)

if i find time i will look thru our province borders if we can skip 1-2 provinces in future. as our lands will grow, we will soon have 2-3 more provinces than we have now.

how much work would it be to manage 2x the number of cities than you have now in your province? (just to get an idea)
