None Shall Pass 2 [Game Thread - Concluded]

I am talking about Faction objectives and the OP's rules for hostile/friendly/neutral parties

Anyways, ive been sporadic on my phone posting but I should be around about 2.5 hours before the deadline on my PC.

Because now I have to dig stuff but as far as I know, of the 11 people alive, I have a sense of the claims for 8 of them

So who the heck is the berserker (newyn thought he could be dead), the assassin, and lightsaberman. All you guys are chasing internet flea but what specifically do you guys think the scum are.

I believe the warrior/berserker/assassin are forms of a faction kill and lightsaber man is a faction kill. I do not believe in, say, the assassin being a SK and the warrior/berserker being a neutral 3rd party to the town

But, my confusion right now is:

Legato no result n6 (a block happened?????)
Whrre has the assassin been????

I can't really add anything, pretty much all the info on my role is already public knowledge. I'm as confused as everyone else.

Zacky boy, if you feel there is anything you need to clarify, do let me know.

Even though there is some uncertainty over JHT's ability. His result does seem to say that Internet Flea is not neutral. Even when considering the fact that IF may be town and neutral. On the other hand I don't really see big point in lying about ones alignment as they don't really prove anything.

So at the end of the day my vote will stand on IF. Mostly to test Legato's claim. And less so due to JHT scan as there is some uncertainty there.

Yep, definitely lylo today. Two kills in the night, legato and john are both lying about their scry results, and Verarde's apparently set to win with them. So if one more person is Jedi then it's 4 against 4 and game.

If you're uncertain, you should be voting for the guy you already know for sure is not Town.

The late appearance is bizarre and hard to explain. A serial killer one would expect to arrive much sooner. Like on day 3 or so, based on the prequel.

First, unrestricted recruitment isn't a thing in this game. Two, the recruiter is certainly dead now, unless we're going with the convenient explanation the recruiter is always the next one left. When I'm gone, the Order is finished. Three, I don't even know how your Verarde idea would precisely work. But apparently John, Verarde, myself and who knows are all scum now. Somehow.

Even if the "kill Legato tonight" idea wasn't on the table, I would be all over voting IF for this insane defense. Scum vibes everywhere. I'm getting them from Kennigit too, who's accusing practically everyone except....OH RIGHT, Internet Flea. Go figure.

Yesterday all town was in agreement the jedi order should be lynched, today everyone seems to want to lynch IF based on the idea of the last member of the jedi order... what is wrong with you people? Yea... coming from the guy who spent the entire game defending them!

I vote: Legato Endless for the same reasons I voted edse, you lied and protected the lightasberman once, I don't see any reason why now you are going to do the contrary.

maybe it is in the thread but internet flea, what are your full night results?

Like I said: If there's so many non-townies on the SW side, there's probably at least a few on the LOTR side. Maybe everyone on the LOTR side being a non-townie is exaggerating a bit, but at least 3 seems reasonable, especially if they can convert like the Empire (and maybe also the Jedi and Morgoth?) supposedly could.

And why did you kill Arakhor? (sorry for triple posting)

That was my bad- my gut said there was something off about him, but it looks like it was wrong. I can't always be perfect. Clearly I should have killed Takhisis, the other guy I had a bad gut feeling about, but we can correct that mistake today.

Choxorn seemed understandable even after Morgoth to a degree. We were pretty sure there had to be something left in that end, so it wasn't until Arakhor died that alarms went off. We had asked for Tak, since his role gelled perfectly with our theory. Choxorn decided against it and we discovered he'd murdered a town power.

At that point, things became difficult. Hiding Choxirb had made sense st Tye beginning. We didn't know how things would go, if relations might break down, or if someone who knew our members even if they were trusted could get recruited to a hostile faction. Now our insurance had become a liability. Worse, a potentially radioactive one.

That's what spurred my request to pass the ring on. I didn't, and still don't precisely, know what happens if they are lynched. But Tak being perfectly happy with it worried me. Choxorn agreed, and then did nothing as far as I can tell. Probably lying to abut another day.

Vote: Edse

I tracked you to Legato Endless the night after Sprig died. You're the recruiter, and you've gotta die.

First, Snerk can confirm I became a Jedi the day before. As can anyone he shared the info with at the time. Two, that's not recruitment. Unlike me, Edse actually cares about his personal goal of force scanning 3 people with potential. Sprig knew I was a Jedi from before then and recruited me after I acted as a town liason. Edse scanned me after as an easy way to meet quota.

So anyways, digging back a little bit, the jedi really are blatantly lying.

In a PM conversation with Newyn (tanar can confirm), Newyn said he protected JohannaK because Arakhor said that JohannaK and himself were going to be targetted by the jedi

Somehow arakhor knew the jedi were going to target him. JohannaK definitely knew. And that's exactly what happened.

The idea of choxorn being "rogue" is so ridiculous. He killed Arakhor. Then tried to kill johannaK. He was not rogue in any way shape or form.

Then SURPRISE SURPRISE lightsaber man comes in and kills JohannaK.

Whatever they wanted johannaK dead for (remember choxorn's PG claim) could be related to their factions goals. But they won't just admit that.

Internet flea is just stalling so he can go kill again tonight some other target and maybe complete the jedi's goals, whatever they are.

Sprig was roleblocked night 2 and died night 3 and there are at least 4 jedi, not like it started out with just him (mathematically could not have 3 conversions before he died).

The simple answer is the jedi have some anti-town goal from the very start, even if it is only to kill specific townies or something. I am not going to let that happen tonight.

But also, yea we do have in thread that legato confirmed internet flea's track ability.

Now we all know with the assassin's late show up and the on/off nature of the warrior (verarde), and the berserker, maybe internet flea is one of those roles and also has a track.

But like I guarantee the jedi just want to stall to kill tonight.

This is coming from a QT Snerk set up.
Arakhor said:
Maybe I'm simply being paranoid, but three LotR characters in the Jedi spreadsheet have all been flagged a different colour and the Warrior didn't attack last night, whereas this new Berserker did and killed BSmith, the only other person you believe to be town and the only person we knew in contact with the Warrior.

Despite their comments, I'm not convinced that the Jedi Order is pro-town, but I guess that you have little need to worry about that. I guess that if you trust the Order, that'll have to be good enough for me.
Those being referred to are JohannaK and Takhisis and presumably Arakhor (By the time I was given access to the QT, Arakhor was already dead). So, this was probably the source of his fears.

Unvote

What was the deal with the highlighted people?
