(NOT A BUG) Suspicious religion spreading

In my last game i have noticed a suspicious religion spreading, 9 cities were converted to Judaism (which is the religion i founded) in the same turn.This thing never happened to me before, so i suspect there is some sort of bug.
The religion spreading happened in the last turn of my savegame.

When you open your log (alt-tab) you'll see just below the 9 cities:
"1190 AD Inspired Jewish missionaries from the English city of London have greatly increased the influence of their religion"

Victoria simply had a random event or quest that provided her with a free spread of her state religion - no bug here

Ya, I think the event gives up to 4 domestic cities and up to 4 foreign cities.

There must have been a spread by other means on the same turn.

Get that shrine happening!
