One leader could of course be Josip Broz Tito, but in the spirit of this thread, Slobodan Milošević may be a better choice.

That actually seems like it could be useful if played right. With a big enough treasury, you can easily make more money than you invest, and with a large enough profit margin, you could quickly make at least 500

Libertarian = social policy
Free Market/State Property/(?)Environmentalism(?) = economic policy
I believe in Free Markets, but also in civil liberties. I don't think the two are incongruous. Also, Free Markets and totalitarian social policies can also exist, so neither are they incongruous and by reason, Free Market and libertarian is not synonymous.
Do you mean socialist trolls or capitalist trolls?
