Hmm, I just posted to a thread and I wasn't subscribed. Is this a known problem atm? :hmm:

The same has been happening to me.

I was just about to start a thread about it... The old threads that i've posted in still give me notifications though :)

Edit: mm kay, I am subscribed to the "Another Oddity" thread I posted in this forum... :hmm:

as the title says, since the last server update that feature doesn#t work for me anymore.

I tried resetting my profile settings to no avail :(

but it also doesn't work for the user cp :(

I'd be glad if I could NOT get the mails but still see the topics in user cp!

btw, I DO get the emails IF I add the thread by clicking on the 'receive updates# link - it most definately is NOT the email server!

hehe, I already posted this :p

Edit: Clicks "receive updates to this thread" link. ;)

Dan: :p

been ther, done that.
us continental guys ain't stupid either ;)

:P

works fine now, btw!

Does not! I'm not getting subscriptions to a bunch of threads I'm posting in! Crap. . . It's tedious going and looking for all the threads I've spammed, er, posted in.

I can also confirm this is still happening.

Please try and fix it! This is driving me NUTS!!!

Wow, this is getting tedious. :(

/me signing off for a day or so in the hope this gets fixed.

This hasn't worked for me in a while, a very long while. Niether has turning off the "send e-mail when post is replied to" option. I still get e-mails for every post on a thread I'm subscribed to. Not to big a deal for me though. I just developed a habit of clicking "recieve updates" for any thread I wish to hear a reply in. And with a acble modem it just takes a literal minute to sift the reply e-mails out and delete them before bumping over here and diggin into my subscribed threads with replies. ;)

It's still not working...
:(

Can we get it fixed, please?

Or even better: What Carlos said. Don't get e-mails but get the list of subscribed threads when accessing user-cp (maybe optional :groucho: ?).

It used to work like that when I registered IIRC...

edit: Did not work for this post either.

However, apparently, posting twice in a thread lets me receive updates. :hmm:

Lol, I'd rather make a second spammy post than clicking "receive updates"...
:D;)

SoCalian: Don't use an AOL email address. For some reason AOL automatically blocks all emails sent by forum softwares.
