NSA - North Sea Alliance versus Aliens

I started an archipelago map with an aquatic city (Deep Castle) and pumped out Gunboats as soon as possible and took over Korea's aquatic city. Apollo btw. All the while I'm targeting every alien out their in order to focus the resources of other nations to militarize as well against the aliens, with the NSA being the strongest Naval nation on the planet.

Do you usually go for Domination with NSA? Have you ever tried the Purity VC with them? I wonder about finding places to settle the Earthlings if one has a bunch of Aquatic cities.

What I like to do is develop the capital and move Deep Castle three sea tiles away from my original floating city's deployment and start a new colony in its place; instant outpost is settled.
