Observer Mode. Broken after reload.

Playing with 3 players + 1 observer. (Total 4)

If we reload a game, only 3 out of 4 people may join up. If a 4th person (player OR observer tries to join) a message comes up saying 'The game has a maximum number of players'.

Easily reproducible and happens every time.


TLDR: When reloading multiplayer game, game forgets that observer slot needs to count as a player that can join.

Managed to succesfully observe a game, the difference being is that there was 1 AI in the game as opposed to all human players.

SERIOUSLY .. DOES ANYONE USE OBSERVER MODE EVER??? THIS BUG IS SO OBVIOUS

Reconnecting or reloading into a game with an AI player works fine. But when it is all human players, the game seems it ignore the vacant observer slot.
