Odd declaration of war(with pic!)

Playing Napoleonic Europe as France. Bombard Gibraltar with a Grand Battery, and this message pops up. Must say, one of the weirdist sights I have seen in Civ.

A rare, but known bug since the very first days. The "Sept." part is new, though (was "AD" twice before). Can also affect Leader names, your treasure (gold), and Resources.

Luckily, in this scenario it's easy to figure out whom they're talking about...

There was a screenie once when it happened after nuking someone, now that was a bit more problematic .

Just quit and reload, will fix everything. And no, it's not a file error, just a memory leak like the "Isabella, of the -nil-, -nil-.-nil-"
