Seriously though, I'm not exactly sure why it seems to keep dying out. It seems like there are a lot of people still interested, but no one seems to want to do anything.

In my opinion, this is the biggest problem. If you all could get a couple of good GM's who can afford the time, then this has a chance.

It takes a lot of work and it's hard to devote a lot of time to it if your busy in real life and even more the past few times since your not even sure if enough people will stay interested long enough that your work won't be a waste.
