I have the following proposal on what to post for the other teams.
Team TNT had an internal poll twice confirming our capital should be Dancing Banana, this can be confirmed by game admins. This was done for team culture and identity reasons, and a vast majority confirmed this when the city was challenged. Due to some bad luck with multiple barbarians we triggered, we were forced to relocate the capital to a better site. As F11 rightly shows the five highest ranked culturally cities, this information was open for everyone to see, and we never underestimated the other teams or ever considered to keep our dear original capital name, which was a domestic team culture issue.
As Team MIA and Team KISS has only access to F11, an option we did never consider in our discussions, we solely had no intent to conduct trickery of any kind. The remainder of our cities keep their names as they are. Team TNT consider the ruling complete, and we are indeed found innocent, something postgame analysis will show as well. However, Team KISS and Team MIA intervened with this public trial into our continents development, by sharing this public avialable information with Team Doughnut, and can be said to have acted de facto diplomatically before teams met.
Team TNT thought in fairness that renaming cities and units before ANY civilizations met was in the spirit of the game. It is certainly not in the spirit of TNT to initiate diplomacy like this prior to teams have met, in order to limit one teams diplomatic options on another continent. We do not apologize for conducting a palace jump, well within the rules of this demogame, and we do not apologize for the pre-meet city renaming as we did this for totally different intentions, which was team culture. However, the lesson we take from this, is that we will NEVER rename anything in the future but conquered cities and workers, and we consider this is a fair proposal for a new renaming law.
Donsig, can you please rewrite this or come with proposals.
