I have the following proposal on what to post for the other teams.

Team TNT had an internal poll twice confirming our capital should be Dancing Banana, this can be confirmed by game admins. This was done for team culture and identity reasons, and a vast majority confirmed this when the city was challenged. Due to some bad luck with multiple barbarians we triggered, we were forced to relocate the capital to a better site. As F11 rightly shows the five highest ranked culturally cities, this information was open for everyone to see, and we never underestimated the other teams or ever considered to keep our dear original capital name, which was a domestic team culture issue.

As Team MIA and Team KISS has only access to F11, an option we did never consider in our discussions, we solely had no intent to conduct trickery of any kind. The remainder of our cities keep their names as they are. Team TNT consider the ruling complete, and we are indeed found innocent, something postgame analysis will show as well. However, Team KISS and Team MIA intervened with this public trial into our continents development, by sharing this public avialable information with Team Doughnut, and can be said to have acted de facto diplomatically before teams met.

Team TNT thought in fairness that renaming cities and units before ANY civilizations met was in the spirit of the game. It is certainly not in the spirit of TNT to initiate diplomacy like this prior to teams have met, in order to limit one teams diplomatic options on another continent. We do not apologize for conducting a palace jump, well within the rules of this demogame, and we do not apologize for the pre-meet city renaming as we did this for totally different intentions, which was team culture. However, the lesson we take from this, is that we will NEVER rename anything in the future but conquered cities and workers, and we consider this is a fair proposal for a new renaming law.

Donsig, can you please rewrite this or come with proposals.

Provolution, wouldn't this sort of announcement fall under the UN Rep's jurisdiction? I defer to vbraun for a rewrite.

I do have input. I wouldn't say anything about why we moved our palace. Let them all stew on that one. Not apologizing is good and I do think we should go public with the accusation of defacto diplomacy. I would add that such defacto diplomacy is against the spirit of the game. I would not be so quick to say we'll never change names again. I think it would be better to say we would support a new rule prohibiting city name changes (with the exception of renaming a city upon capture).

I have to agree with Donsig, mentioning the palace jump will confirm that we have done it.

Here is how I would change it:

Team TNT had an internal poll twice confirming our capital should be Dancing Banana, this can be confirmed by game admins. Now it in the spirit of the game lets move on!

ok Vbraun, your table :) But this is what we want, no confirmation, disconfrmation. :D Thanks.

Vbraun, I think the three of us support your draft, so let us move on.

I think this will really get the other teams to lay off with the whole issue. Great Job vbraun and Provo!

This influence was not an influence any of our continents teams wanted.

Honorable Grand Vezeer for UN Vbraun. We want this de facto diplomacy point here, that is what we wanted in, as this was not in the spirit of the game.

We should not attack any of the teams any further then we already have. It would be best not to mention and accusing another team, this is meant as something to close discussion not start a new one.

Well agreed then Vbraun, do what is needed and get us out clean without providing any intel. But you know what Team KISS in particular did. They play dirtier than us, and they are next on the kill list. Their public forum bullying in "large numbers of idiots", is a part of their internal plan to discredit and undermine other teams. Which means they use the UN forums. I can assure that after Iroq, KISS is the next target.

Citation from Admiral Kutzov

the simple people of TeamKISS have designated the more talkative of us to speak formally in future diplomacies. however, being anarchists, we're too disorganized to limit discussion when not in formal negotiations. therefore we present a worst case scenario to open discussion - active stupid people with long memories.
