OK, those who have not already done so either post or PM me your e-mail addresses and state if you want the actual one-city challenge rule on (only allowed to control one city at a time).

OCC on a Duel sized map will be awesome. Culture will be quite important because the cities will be so close together.

Ok, unless an overwhelming majority later objects to it, one city per player. Keep sending the e-mail addresses, when I have them all I'll send them out along with the turn order, and we'll start (YAY!).
By the way, does anyone want the speed increased? Its going to be pretty long, with 18 people.

Yeah I'm thinking to set the speed to quick. Also I think you should wait for the patch before starting the game, there are known problems with PBEM on Civ4.
