Ongoing problem connecting to CFC

Connection problem feels really weird - again when my browser hangs "tracert forums.civfanatics.com" on dos box seems to fix it.

Can access site though often I will be in the middle of it and whenever I try to change the page I get a "Server not Found" message. I then need to restart my web browser and log back on to Civ Fanatics. This problem is only present in my PC even though my laptop uses the same connection.
