OP's idea to have dual Macedon / X leaders for one or more the Diadochi is cool. Constantine was also suggested already ITT.
Adding Saladin as an Egyptian alt leader but changing the Arab default capital name to something else - Damascus?
Timur is a character in need of a civ, but he is remarkable for dealing and substantially conquering half a dozen existing civs without being remotely suitable as a leader for any one of them.
Baron von Ungarn-Starnberg for Russia and Mongolia would be a hoot, but...

Abderrahman III for both Spain and Arabia could be an interesting and unexpected combo.

Taharqa for Egypt/Nubia and Constantine for Rome/Byzantium also sound great. Although I would also really love Stalin for Russia/Georgia but, you know... that might be c o n t r o v e r s i a l
