[patch .275] [Minor graphics issue] Clouds in the North Pole

As you can see in the image, some of the clouds covering the North Pole are displayed and some not, so you can see black spots in the end of the map. I suppose the correct display should be the clouds covering completely the North Pole, without black spots.

Is a minor graphics issue.

I have attached a savegame.

Edit: Removed the savegame as the bug is monitor dependant.

Edit: Compressed the savegame due to quota issues

Update: I recently upgraded my older 17" TFT (1280x1024) to a new 23.6" LED (1920x1080), and this little issue doesn't appear in 1920x1080 resolution. It still appears in 1280x1024, so I think the issue is related to aspect ratio.
