Patching Issue - Very Quick Question

I'm using Windows 7, and when I try to get the 3.19 patch, it downloads, and then nothing happens. I saw elsewhere on this forums that I should download the 3.17 patch first. Thats fine, I got that.

My question is, where in the Civ Folder should I put it to get it to work?

the patches are .exe files you need to run them to patch - they should install by themselves.
