How far along is this MOD and where is there a download? I loved Eminent Domain? Except that one always had to entirely destroy a population on a planet before one could colonise it! That seemed too brutal.

I have always thought that Pax Imperia: Eminent Domain could make the most marvellous platform for a spanking new space strategy game and if I had millions to invest in it, which sadly I do not, I would happily do so! I remember on more than one occasion playing through Saturday night until Sunday morning on it.
