The idea ended up being that you wanted to ally with rcoutme againts me and "someone" else. Now I'm not one to complain but don't you think its a tad unfair for me to have to play you, rcoutme, and Goonie?
Now it would be fair to play you in the first set (alone) and rcoutme in the second (and you if you make it to the second) but not both at the same time right off the cuff cause you know your both going to team up againts me.

Guys, please figure out which group MagnusMarcus wants to play. It is still possible to switch with DaveShack apparently. The group with picked civs is ready to go. Unless there are crude objections the game will be started today in the evening.

OK, group 1 ready to go. Save is attached. Map has been corrected somewhat for balance but just a tiny bit. Scientific Great Leaders are off. All other rules default. Level - Emperor, landmass in between continents and archipelago, size standard, climate and other things random.
Order of play:
1. Classical_Hero - China
2. Ankka - Celts
3. Matrix - Iro
4. Noldodan - Dutch
5. DaveShack - Persia
6. Emp.Napoleon - Rome
If something is wrong, let me know as soon as you notice it and I'll correct the scenario so that you can restart.
Keep me spoiled please! I know Matrix will. Hopefully others will post some spoilers as well. Can do this at CDZ, for example.

I recommend keeping a log in the forum for this pbem. I will post one for the random one, so we know where it is located, what turn it is, etc. I will NOT accept an automatic alliance with Provolution and/or Goonie, so MM, you will not be ganged up on by me. I would consider that to be grossly unfair. I play each pbem as it comes.

Between archi and continents... cool.. that might mean some strategic chokes and stuff.
A little balanced... sounds good. Hopefully more than this ISDG map.
