Still don't see anybody, I may actually be isolated on islands!
 
Game to plexus. I am delighted to announce that just like in real history, my Vikings have made contact with the Arabs (in real life the Vikings were inches away from converting to Islam when they found out about the 'no drinking' clause!!!). I am dissapointed to note that I have nothing to trade the Arabs besides gold, so bring it on...
 
Um plexus the save asks me to type in the password for japan. Play your turns and save it then send it to me again. Some times the game doesn't save when you tell it to. Sultan, i'll be waiting:p. I won't be back for at least an hour, sorry.
 
We have recently seen gannon's Egypt - if you move your warrior one space north you will see our Viking scout and should make contact for super deals. Offer what you got and we offer back.

Nick, the deal with the Celts is in the pipeline, hope it works.

Nice to not be isolated.

Good. I realized that my two civs aren't as far apart as I originally thought, and I think I am starting to see the same land twice...:) Game to you Sultan.

Sorry your offer is not acceptable to the Arab people. Perhaps if you offerd a tech we could talk.
 
I would love to offer a tech, bowlbuster, but I dont have any. Oh well. You will feel our wrath down the line. Us Celts can homemade bomb with the best of them...

In other news, guess what Gannon uses to defend his capital? That's right- a worker! If only I was armed with anything more agressive than a scout...

I was using an extremely intelligent manuver, which managed to kill three assualting barbs with one warrior. It was strategically beautiful. ;) :D I had to get the worker out of the way to let the warrior make his attack. Where did your scout come from, anyway? I saw none.

He was, as I said a mere move north of your warrior's original position 2 turns ago. Unless that is a different warrior...
 
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT= From next wednesday till the saturday after thanksgiving I have to be out of town.
This game has kind of stallllled anyway so you might not notice ten days off. But if you other three players would rather I find a sub or know someone who would sub, that is fine with me... Let me know...

Nice try. I supposed you'd build up my cities full of non culture producing improvements, empty them of defenders, research parallel techs to yours and trade them to you, then walk right in on thanksgiving day!!!

No I would need a sub from outside the game, I think...
