PBEM THE GREAT WAR - Div Level

Guys, I'm afraid I have been too busy Making Merry this New Years Eve and day. So the war will be halted until I recuperate/recover....tomorrow!!!! Will forward the turn then. In the meantime...Here's Wishing All of You..a very Happy 2007! May it be your best year ever!!

The French Forces decided to drink themselves into a stupor...and why not...The Germans have two stacks of 40 units poised to strike between Nancy and Besacon.

We will do what we can...we did Kill off two German Infantry Divisions..one East of Verdun..the other SE of Nancy.

The CIC has authorized...the release of the strategic wine reserve!

Could you resend the save redman? For some reason my civ keeps sending error that the save file is not valid.
 
Battle report:

Nothing much. One italian DD destroyed at the "heel" of italy, plus one worker captured east of belgrad.
 
Guys, Just aheads up...I live in Abilene, Tx USA. We are looking at an Ice Storm over the next 3 days. Its uncertain how much we will get. But these types of winter storms cause chaos with power outages as ice laden power lines break and tree limbs break off and down power lines. With that said...it could be that I can lose power sometime from tonight through the next 3 days. It is going to hit..no doubt about it. The day started out at 64 F and now is 34 F!!! So we will see. If the save is sent to me and no reply that I got it within 8 hours will mean..I've lost power. I'll keep you posted.

well, first Luthor must play it, then me, then Loulong and then Eric. It would be a lesser miracle if all four players managed to play their turn within 3 days from now so I think you will have your power back before its time.

Naval Bombardement of Port Said.
Zepplins kill one unit near Port Said.

Bombarded with arty and killed 2 inf (that had invaded ) nw of Riga

Railgun and counterbattery damaged russian BB

Killed 2 MG and conscript near Brest-Litovsk, lost 1 A-inf in the attacks.

2 A-inf killed 2 russian inf north of Bucharest.

Zepps bombarded Minsk and destroyed 1 recon plane

Several corps and divisions killed 5 russians south of Petrograd.

German infantry killed 2 russians near Pinsk

West front

Kriegsmarine bombarded London and the inf outside the city. They also shelled the french coast. 1 battlecruiser sunk 1 sub in the english channel.

Lost 1 zeppelin to british interceptor when bombarding redlined inf outside London. Another zeppelin got through and killed the inf.

Lost another zeppelin to AA fire when trying to bomb London. :mad:

Zepps bombarded area near Besanqon, we destroyed improvements and killed 2 french infantry.

Zepps killed the 6 units of conscripts that the french cold heartedly left out in the open outside Arras.

Another group of zepps killed a lone french inf in the forest outside Nancy

Finally, 1 zeppelin destroyed the bomb shelters in Paris
 
Sunk 1 Italian mine SE of Athenai and 1 British DD near Alexandria.

Turkish soldiers are learning to fear the flying machines... :(

Well try again Eric..I'm not aware of any problems?? My Inbox had its usual bunch of mail as always...and aha! There she lies in the middle of the batch!!
I shall play it a little later today and move it on.
