So far we've only seen the lush green biome. The blue fungal biome and the desert biome may have a more alien feel.

I was just poking fun at how every game with colour gets shouted at - and how games like Battlefield literally slap filters on it to make everything desaturated. I actually like the terrain so far.

On the other hand, it's probably not to hard to do some shader injection. At least for the DX9 version, so it's probably possible to do with something like SweetFX.
