I have a samsung 1080p TV which i use as a monitor for this game.
The issue is after installing the game it fails to load as the TV says "Mode not supported on loading" , The game fails to carry on in the background, but i can of course switch back to windows, and while doing so i hear breifly the loading musci for a split second.
Anyway the fix seems to be to plug in and load of a monitor first? then set to 1080p in the options and then load it using the LCD. I dont know what resolution the game movies load in, but it would be nice to avoid them loading at all or have options to chose game res pre load.
After i installed the patch i had to do all this again btw.
