Hoover Dam has been completed in our great city Lets Party [dance] . Now our great city has good production.

When our city has completed Hoover dam we moved one step up in the top five cities. Now it is on fourth place

I wouldn't mind seeing PDX have the U.N. within the fine city. It has Presidential support.
